Wellington Place Market Harborough

Hi all
Have been looking on line only, for now, at a property in Wellington Place Market Harborough.

It's in Leicester Road I believe not far from St Luke's Hospital. It's not an area I know.

Can anyone tell me if the area is nice. The road looks like it could be busy but is difficult to tell. Also is there a lot of traffic from the hospital and is there anything else we should think about before our viewing

Is it the taylor wimpy or David Wilson? No the area isn’t nice currently and the in-catchment secondary doesn’t have the best reputation. But the hope is that medical professionals will be attracted to the developments and boost the area.

Before buying check out the other developments nearby in South Leicester / Leicestershire (there’s a big development planned in Stretton Hall and Gartree Road in Leicester which will get you into Market Harborough in 20 minutes and give you access to outstanding schools and better local amenities).

Leicester Road is very busy. It’s the main route from Leicester to Market Harborough/Northampton.

It's a Davidsons home. Thanks I was concerned about this area. I will certainly look at what to have suggested.
