Hi all just wanted to get advice as to what to do. We have just found water gushing from the first floor bathroom to our ground floor. Luckily we were in and managed to stop the water at source and turn off electricity.
We've also called our builders who is sending someone over to help us have a look. (house renovated extensively a year ago)
We have buildings and contents insurance (frontier) but there is no number to call, just a link to submit a claim online. We don't have accidental cover
Just wondering if people have any advice of what to do.
