Hi,

A quick question for people in the North East.....if you had a choice, where would you buy a house out of the following locations:

Ouston (Chester le street)
or Guisborough (the better side)
and why? I'm open to hear the good, the bad and the ugly......

(Schools aren't a factor anymore...having good walks is, im also a nervous driver so a heavy / difficult traffic system surrounding isnt ideal). I also work from home.

I've so many questions to ask about both areas but just thought I'd make a short snappy message and ask the question.

Thanks for any help and local knowledge!

Thanks. I am swayed towards Guisborough...just the area looking at in Guisborough is 25k more. But I would rather a location I would be happier in.

Ah thank you. I somehow accidentally deleted my old post (or it somehow disappeared....so I reposted). Would you mind me asking what your opinion was? Thank you!
