Search results received from solicitors. What happens next?

We received the results of the searches from our solicitor yesterday. We just need to read them and make sure there are no questions.

What happens after this? Any time frame on the exchange of contracts?

Solicitors usually raise some enquiries. Have you got the mortgage offer and had the survey done?

Would they raise enquiries before or after they sent the searches to us? We have our mortgage offer and had the survey done

Enquiries come out of the searches generally checking everything is in order

Would the solicitors send out their enquiries before or after they have sent us the paperwork in regards to the searches?
