I am putting down an offer for a house near Reigate, and it will need some work: bathroom remodeling, outbuilding renewal (knock down a wall, install a shower, adding windows/etc) and some general internal decoration changes (planned wardrobes, office, wall painting, etc)
Does anyone recommend a house renovation company (or solo architect)? We want someone who will both advise us (taking our tastes into consideration) and manage the project e2e once there’s an agreement on the improvements.
I imagine a council permit will be needed due to the changes on the outbuilding.
