Block Management recommendations?

Our group of 5 leaseholders just got RTM and we need a new building management company but no idea where to start - does anyone in the same position have one they recommend? We’re in SW London

They are based in Epsom but will probably cover your area - I never had any issues with them and they offered a really service.

If there are only 5 of you do you really need to hire a company rather than doing it yourselves?

Our block is 9 flats and we have recently struggled to find anyone willing to take on fewer than 12 units. We are self managing again after very poor service latterly from our last managing agent.

At the moment yes. We’re new to it so need to make sure I’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. Certainly can look at it in the future
