I am looking at a venting extractor hob for my new kitchen. The hob will be against a wall, not on an island. I don't like the look of the vents that rise up like a Wurlitzer organ, just something neat.
If you have a venting hob, how efficient is it for a tall pan? I am thinking of a 2 or 3 tier steamer, maybe 24cm tall with both baskets added. I'm wondering if the extractor motors vary in oomph.
I think we'll have to put a wall fan in as well, so maybe I'm being a bit belt and braces! Grateful for any thoughts.
