Chimney rebuild

Has anyone had their chimney taken down to roofline and rebuilt that would be willing to share what it cost? We need to get this done as our existing sandstone chimney is crumbling. Struggling to get comparative quotes so trying to figure out if what we have so far is reasonable!

It if a how long is a peice of string question. It's going to depend a lot on how easy access is - will it need scaffolding or a cherry picker? Will there need to be scaffolding on a footpath etc. Roof construction may also influence access cost.

It will need scaffolding to the front as house is mid terrace. Scaffolding would go in the front garden.
