Moldy ceiling?

So we had a leak a few years back which we sorted. However it's caused the wallpaper on my bedroom ceiling to bubble and a bit has just come loose and I've realised that it's full of what looks that black mold in underneath?

Am I right in thinking that I won't be able to hire someone to come in and strip, treat and repaper? Will I need to do that myself? I need it done quickly in order to sell and I wouldn't physically be able to do it?

There are specialist companies that do this I think, have a google round your way.

We had the same issue in our upstairs bathroom when we moved in 4 years ago.

Last year with decided to change the ceiling board. After changing the ceiling board and paint it with Anti-mould paint, the mould have since disappeared
