hello all, I am looking at a property just a minute away from Wokingham hospital. The property is nice , a little out of budget but can be managed. However, based on research the crime around that area is more compared to the overall Wokingham. The main concern is the vibe around the area is not typical wokingham vibe. Its not looking lovely maybe our standards are raised high because of other beautiful areas. The location is perfect as it has got good schools, 1 minute away from my workplace, closer to town centre. I am in dilemma. What do you suggest based on your experiences.
