Selling - What is a healthy first week

So 1 week on the market today and 7 viewings lined up.

Would you consider this a healthy start?

And if a party were interested, how soon would you expect an offer?

We are in a very high demand area.

Our starting price is realistic and on par with other properties of same size and standard that sold recently

Of course that is a very healthy start.

With that amount of interest I would expect an interested party to offer on the property within a day or two of the viewing (unless they want a second viewing before making an offer, or unless the EA is allowing viewings from people who aren't in a position to proceed).

Our agent said 6-8 viewings and they would expect an offer. So fingers crossed!

Sounds positive to me, the last time we sold we had 5 viewings the first week and an offer by the end of the week. Fingers crossed for you!

We had 10 viewings over 4 months before an offer. So yes very healthy.
