Not sure if this is the right place but the neighbour who backs on to us has an exceptionally bright security light which is on all night. Looking out our back window is almost blinding! We will approach them to politely ask if it could be replaced with a sensor motion or something less bright, but just wondered whether there were rules on this sort of thing or not?
