Noisy neighbours help

Hello can any of you advise for those affected by new noisy neighbours who do not care , the landlord does not care or the estate agent . Those affected are so upset and cannot sleep now it is so bad .

The noise is either children or parents fighting or the animals barking

Noise complaint to the council? Are they renting or do they own?

They are renting and the landlord is not interested , only in the money
