Does my DS need a new front door from the council ?

DS has signed for his council property, and we've been to have a look at it, but the front door doesn't seem secure when it's closed and locked. We can peel it open with our fingers. Is this normal, or should we report it?

Looks like UPVC.
Does it have multipoint locking and if so, are they all engaging when you lift the handle?

It just needs adjusting,so they are all in line. Its a simple job ( unless something is actually broken ? ). You can watch how to do it on YouTube

I've got those doors, I'm forever getting the handle sorted. It doesn't need a new door, just ask them to fix the lock.

You cant call someone out every time you just need to jiggle the door, get some tools and do it yourself. No wonder no one knows how to do anything and no wonder the cost of public services is so high
