Good evening, can I ask if anyone can help please:
Yesterday morning: I saw a house on Zoopla marketed by 2 EAs, randomly chose to call EA1 to book a viewing and EA1 said they would soon get back to me to confirm
Today midday (24 hours later): no response from EA1 (even after I called them this morning to chase), so I called EA2 trying to book a viewing
Now: finally EA1 emailed to confirm the viewing, and 10 mins later EA2 also called to discuss a slot! Tbh I was unhappy with EA1 but as I didn't want to make things complex, I told EA2 we would no longer be available.
Having heard a lot of sagas about two EAs selling one house disputing on who should get paid, I don't want to cause such pain to the vendor, so my question is: since I have now cancelled our appointment with EA2 (to be precise, we haven't even booked the appointment as the slot EA2 offered didn't work for us!), and will view the property with EA1 only, if we eventually get the house via EA1, presumably EA2 won't be able to raise a dispute?
Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!
