just wondering for those who have used let alliance or have been referenced for shared ownership / rentals via portals etc …
how stringent is the process? For example, I have paid 3 lots of nursery fees over one month in which case to the system it will look like nursery costs me 3k a month! When really I’ve paid it now to free me up a few months worth of breathing space if in fact I do get the house etc
so I’m wondering on these portals … is there room to write things down and explain what’s on a bank statement and why? Or to show what is a fixed cost and what isn’t? My bank statements are all over the place from holidays too!
or is it a computer says no kind of thing and it just reads the data and makes the decision of ‘pass’ and ‘fail’ there and then?
