Am moving tomorrow- what have I forgotten?!
Any last minute tips?
I am lucky in that I am not in a chain so no stress at midday for a keys changeover!

Put the kettle, teabags and cups on one side to take with you.

Have a toilet bag to see you through soap/toothbrushes/paste etc and toilet paper, also a couple of towels.

Pack bedding for all beds separately, and as soon as you can make those beds up, you will be shattered and glad you did it sooner rather than later.

Kettle, tea bags/coffee and the like, tea towels and some washing up stuff.

Change of clothes/nightwear or at least underwear.

The above I would usually put in one box or suitcase saves you scrabbling about for items if the really necessary are to hand.

Anything valuable documents/jewellery/passports etc with you say in the car so you know where they are, its easy for stuff to get misplaced.

Make sure your phone charger is somewhere you can find it!

Have an essential box....phone charger, spare keys, tea coffee sugar milk and kettle. Toilet and kitchen roll, a torch in case there is a power cut. Dear god this essential box is going to be huge 😳😂

Put things you don't want that are in ok condition on the pavement so that other people can take them.

Check out the nearest chippy/takeaway of choice.....chippy tea plus champagne/fizz of choice always 1st night tea.... No washing up/ thinking required...

So add glasses/tumblers or just use mugs...to Wash bag bag!

Toast new place..... Especially if like my last move was really grubby.. so also cleaning materials as after cleaning the kitchen/bathroom really didn't want to organize food..
