Single glazing

We're moving to a house with gorgeous single glazed solid wood front and back doors. They're half glazed and whilst they're absolutely beautiful I'm concerned about security.

Is it possible to get a single glazed door doubled glazed?

Thanks!

you can probably get secondary glazing fixed on the inside. might not be beautiful but it can be fairly discrete

You can buy double glazed conservation units which are thin profile and can usually be fitted into windows designed for single glazed glass. I have bought ones with toughened glass for the downstairs ones to improve security.

They are a relatively easy and very satisfying thing to DIY if you fancy a challenge?
