Any thoughts on these area? Moving with a 2 year old, looking for 3-4 bed house for around £700k near a good school - looks from Rightmove that this is do-able but interested in views on the area etc. thanks

Charlton has a great community. Charlton slopes is a bit more than your budget but great nurseries and primary schools and a couple of outstanding secondary schools not too far away. Short walk to greenwich park, charlton lido. Mycanae house has a lot on for kids

Just seem to be these 3 on. Eastcombe avenue a slightly busier road but closer to your budget.

I think they're all fine Charlton is really part of Greenwich and has a lot going on and is close to lots of buzzy interesting things, also has a park. Eltham is a bit further out and more suburban and quiet, so possibly cheaper than Charlton and has a park (Well Hall Pleasaunce) which is smaller but lovelier than Charlton's. Kidbrooke I've never visited, but it looks fine from the train.
