We have just bought a house and the flooring in the kitchen is wrecked. We are wanting to replace it with some vinyl flooring. A local floor fitter is coming round to measure up and quote tomorrow. However I’ve no idea how much this sort of thing costs so looking for advice before he comes so we know we aren’t getting ripped off. We will need removal, fitting and to buy the vinyl from him. The kitchen is only tiny, just under 3m x 3m which I think calculates at 8sqm?
