We came across this house on Bridle Path Croydon. We liked the property but not sure of the area as we are not local and will be moving for our son's secondary school in Wallington.

I would really appreciate some insights from someone who is local to this area about the property and area in terms of safety or other issues like smell from Bedidngton sewage.
