Berrylands Road is in the catchment for the Hill Primary School though closer to both schools mentioned.
Nice area, close to parks and Caversham centre and within easy walking distance of the train station.
Peppard Road traffic can be heavy and it only takes minor roadworks anywhere nearby and all of Caversham becomes gridlocked.

Everyone has the same questions about moving to Reading.

Berrylands is in easy walking distance of Thameside, The Hill, Emmer Green and Caversham Primary School. There's a falling birth rate locally, so getting places out of catchment isn't unheard of (10 years ago it was a very different story).

The road itself is peaceful, with easy access to park land and a short walk to Caversham centre. The main road it links to is heavy traffic, so driving in rush hour is best avoided.
