Whats Mablethorpe like to live in?

We are looking to settle down on a coastal town and Mablethorpe seems to tick a lot of boxes.

Would love to hear from people what its like
to live there.

I have only visited for short breaks, but it has a lovely beach.

I'm up the coast from there at Cleethorpes. It's seems very much like here. Some nice bits, some faded bits.
Got to say for all my towns faults, you can't beat living by a beach.

DS moved there about two and a half years ago, she really likes it, busy in summer, there are several facebook groups that give some insight into the town if they help, Some drawbacks apparently, no local hospital, not sure about schools, seems very much somewhere you’ve always lived or have retired to
