First time buyer here, DH and I are both self employed we have a broker and have started our mortgage application, we are paid our wages in cash as it states on our payslips but lender asked to see this months and next months pay sent into my bank statement as well as the last 3 months bank statement which we already sent, the house we’re buying has already had been valued which has come out the same as what we’ve offered for which is good! Vendors had their mortgage approved for their house yesterday (vendor and us both started our application last week Monday) so our lender isn’t giving us our mortgage approval till after next months payslip and bank statements I’m worried vendors are going to get fed up as we’re taking long we never thought we’d have any issues like this and I really scared of getting declined :(
