Wrong amount on gifted deposit form

My mum kindly gifted me a large sum of money a couple of years ago towards a property purchase. I finally found a house 3 weeks ago, currently going through all the checks with the solicitor and mortgage broker.

Despite my mum giving me £90,000, she swears blind it was actually £80,000. I have no reason to lie (obviously) and can prove it from my bank statements but she's said I'm wrong. She's said either way it doesn't matter and she doesn't want the money back. I have no idea how someone loses track of £10,000 but never mind, I'm massively grateful for the help.

Despite telling the solicitor / mortgage broker how much she'd given me, they let her sign the deposit form stating that she'd given me £80,000. I haven't mentioned it to them as I'm reluctant to ask mum to correct it as it was a headache getting her to sign the paperwork in the first place (not good with technology so she had to go into the office but doesn't drive anymore). For context, I'm not using the full amount towards the deposit (55k) so does it really matter? I'd hate to get to the exchange/completion stage and it's an issue.

Can't see how it would matter as it is more than the deposit and she's given you more than she declared in any event.

I can’t see how it matters whether it was 80k or 90k as long as you can show where the deposit came from (gift).
