Live in a small village, have been here about 4 years. Love the location of my current house, but hate the house. Not my forever home, one more big move in me yet.
There is probably a small handful of houses in the village which I would love to live in, but weren't available at the time we bought - nor was the budget.
There is one in particular that I can't stop thinking about since seeing it for sale last year.
For some reason on property websites it isn't showing as having sold last year - was last sold 2002 when it was built. This leads me to believe that for some reason a sale didn't happen when it was listed last year - perhaps fell through.
I basically love this house and want to pop a note through the door to say I would love to be notified if they ever consider listing it again.
What do I say?! How do I write it? Do I tell them where I live or just put my phone number and email?
