Glazier - is this a reasonable price?

I need a window pane replaced (single glazing). Measures roughly 50cm x 80cm. I’ve been quoted £180 + VAT. Does that sound about right? I’m in London.

I paid £200 recently for one (south east). They had to put ladders up and it took two of them to replace it, so I thought that was reasonable.

That sounds ok for double glazed not single

It is a really easy DIY job if you fancy trying it? The new glass will maybe be around £20-40 and then You need to get some window putty which might be £6? And you need a hammer and a chisel and some goggles to remove the old putty and old broken glass. It will take a couple of hours even if you have never done it before.
