Any recommendations for speedy mortgage brokers? Need urgent advice

It looks like my sale is going to fall through, and I really don't want to lose our purchase.

We are selling a property that we previously lived in but have rented out for the last 6 years (have been living with family). Our purchase is for a house for us to live in.

If we lose our sale I am considering remortgaging the property we have as a buy to let to fund our purchase, and will rent it out again. It is currently empty.

Any recommendations for a good fast broker who can help us with this situation?

A friend used a lady at Mortgage Advice Bureau who really helped her out. www.mortgageadvicebureau.com/mortgage-advisers/tyndall-street-cardiff/?utm_source=googlemybusiness&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=BPR288

We used Strike, they were really good and way quicker than the first broker who we paid £1000 to use.

I used Jeff at www.hampdenfs.co.uk who was brilliant. We did everything over the phone so location wasn't an issue
