Are there any landlords out there with experience of short term lets, ideally in London?

Specifically using a company who effectively manage the property and find consecutive short-term (corporate-style) tenants (ie people needing somewhere for 4-6 months while on secondment).

How do the fees/yields compare to longer term lets? Any wisdom to share?
