Hoping someone on here has experience of this.
We are in the process of purchasing a property where we plan to do a side extension. We found out today that we have a public sewage pipe running through the area we plan to extend on.
I can see that we would need to apply for a 'build over' agreement from the water company.
My question is - how often do these agreements get granted or not? We don't want to buy the house if we can't do the extension, but need to submit full planning before we can apply for this agreement.. rock and a hard place??
