Floor covering for kitchen that can be lifted

We have a manhole underneath the kitchen floor. Never needed to access it in nearly 40 years until now but a drainage problem means we need to get at it.
Needless to say the current vinyl floor will be damaged and need replacing.
I want to find something that can have a small area lifted and replaced if necessary. Not a fan of wood or wood effect laminate. Not too expensive as it's a very big kitchen
Any suggestions please?

Anything you like, just put a trapdoor in that you can open when needed. You could even tile over it , as long as you line up the tiling with the edges and know where they are you could grout them in and just lift it out when you need. Same with vinyl but the join would be slightly more obvious.

A joiner or a competent handy person would be able to make the trapdoor for you
