Temporary fix for tiles In shower cubicle

Until I can get this sorted professionally ,what can I do in an attempt to stop water seeping down the back of the tiles ?
In an ideal world ,care when using the shower ,would suffice .Unfortunately the two males in the household would not understand the concept .

Officially: scratch out the damaged grout, and re- grout the damaged areas.

Bodge job - smear silicon sealant over it all.
