We've seen a lovely house on a Barratt new development that they'll accept part exchange on.
Looking to see if anyone has any fairly recent experience on going through this process with Barratt, or another developer - the good, the bad and the ugly!
For it to work for us financially we will need to negotiate the asking price down by about 10% and also get a fair market price on our current property. In very early stages of discussions, so any advice or tips gratefully received please.
