Worktop recommendations

Hi all,
Decision fatigue has kicked in majorly and we can't decide on what worktop to get. Faltering between full stave oak and quartz. Would love to hear thoughts on what you think might suit? Is wood a bigger nightmare as people say?
Would also be great to hear of any recommendations on where might best to supply and fit for quartz? We're in Bristol.
