Ok first post in 13 years! and fr once it's not about my children ;)

So we're in the process of selling our house and about to exchange.

We were waiting for one discrepancy to come back from land registry.
When we first moved into this new build, we had a call shortly after to tell us that we had been given too much garden (about 40cm at most) but no further actions would be taken. The developer failed to inform land registry of the amendment.
Three years later and now stressing about what this means.
What will happen now?

Has someone queried it then?

The land registry plans are at much too small a scale to be able to distinguish a difference if 40cm. Unless there is a specific measurement stated in the plan, or dimensions are given in the written section (which is not normal), I don't think it would be obvious.

Has the boundary been corrected on the ground?
