Which one- Droylsden, Stretford, or Levenshulme?

We’re first time buyers in late 20s, no children atm, buying in Manchester. Currently renting in the centre. Considering one of these three places. They’ve all been described as ‘up and coming’. Any recommendations? Thanks

Near a tram stop in Whitefield would be great for getting into the city centre and for socialising in Prestwich or Whitefield. It's also very close to the junction for the ring road - traffic is normally awful. There are 2 tram stops in Whitefield - Whitefield and Besses. There are some 3 bed semis near Besses (Thatch Leach Lane area). The area is fine - lots of families / green spaces and local amenities - there are nicer areas of Whitefield but they are much dearer.
