We exchanged with our developer on a part ex of our home Wednesday with completion due October time.
Today our boiling water tap has given up, would it be unreasonable to just swap it to a normal tap. The cost difference is huge but would the developer complain it’s gone? No mention of it on the sellers questionnaire.
