Where can I share my Zoopla/Rightmove house advertisement link to get more viewings?

Hi I desperately need to sell my house.
I had already instructed a local estate agent to put the house on the market.
For the past few weeks, we had around less than 10 viewings & no offers have been made so far.

The feedback given is the second bedroom is too small but we cannot change the house structure anymore.

There are several properties on sale in our area and I want to post my house advertisement link in other properties forum to get more audience & hopefully convert online audients into viewings.

Is there any property forum I could post my house advertisement?
Thanks.

Op. This shows how clutter impacts, some folks can’t see the house and forget they aren’t buying the stuff in it, and that it will be empty on completion. like this poster

That’s not how it goes for me. I see clutter and chaos and think, the house isn’t big enough/has no storage and I don’t want to live in a mess like that.

I see a can of air freshener in picture 11 and think does that room stink for some reason?

If you’re visual, the less than subliminal messages hit you full on.

Probably worth closer to GBP 350-400k. It's in an odd location and floorspace is poorly arranged. With mortgage at 5% nobody would fork 20k a year to live in this.

Op can I ask what is this big green patch on the front of the house? Is there any way to clean it up. Would a power wash remove it, as I think it would deeply concern any potential buyer, it would me,

I'd focus on making the two small bedrooms look much better, and get rid of some of the chaos (eg treadmill) in the living room

But really, it people want to buy then they look on Rightmove and Zoopla.

I wondered that, I think it's a green mesh climbing support for the plant in the pot below.

But it looks very suspicious at first glance. And it's just part of the general unlooked after nature of the front garden and the path to the front door.

I don't always agree with people on Mumsnet who say price, price, price BUT in this case, if you are desperate to sell quickly then you absolutely have to "price to sell" and that essentially means being slightly underpriced. You need people to think it's such a good bargain that if they don't grab it now, someone else will.

It's not guaranteed of course, especially in a stagnant market, but waiting for people to fall in love with minor differences in decor/position whatever your place offers over others in the region is playing the long game. If speed is of the essence, price matters.
