Dig footing on concrete
Alter drainage to pick up new shower room and down pipe
Brickwork with insulated floor, alter rear elevation for new window
Block wall at rear of new garage
New door to house
Remove existing roof covering and trusses
Build new roof with 2 velux windows and vaulted ceilings
White plastic fascia, soffit and guttering
Build stud to insulate external walls and create shower room
Electrical allowance of £1970+VAT
Boiler to be moved by others. 1st and 2nd fix new shower room including supply of sanitary ware
1st and 2nd fix radiator and towel rail including supply
Insulate and plaster all new walls and ceiling in bedroom and shower room
Make good plastering in house where required
Supply and fit skirting, architrave and 2 doors to extension.
No allowance for supply of garage door.
