I’ve heard of possible bargains if there are only a couple of plots remaining and the builders are keen to sell off and move on.
But I read an article recently saying we should always haggle on the price of a new build with a 10% discount being achievable. Has anyone ever successfully managed to do this? I’m in Scotland and might be tempted to give it a go rather than negotiating the offers over system which fills me with dread.
