Moving house

I have been waiting for a council property closer to my family/kids school for 3 years now, I finally got a call last week to say I could go view a house next week. I went to look just in the outside and I love it, I really want it but the woman on the phone said I needed to bring ID. I have misplaced my provisional license, I don’t have a passport and I’m estranged from my parents and my birth certificate is at their home (reaching out is not an option) I only have a couple days and I’m unsure if there’s anything else I can use as ID? Obviously not enough time to order anything but I don’t want to miss out on getting this house.

Council tax statement or anything regarding taxes or benefits that's come through the post. Take everything you can! I'm sure they will be used to dealing with this situation.
