I've just decided to go for it. Might be no takers, be crazy or help someone but nothing ventured...

I am selling in Kent.

I want to move to a spot where I can get Sutton in Craven, Halifax, maybe Leeds, Huddersfield but while living in the first two would be okay it isn't vital. Cullingworth has been suggested.

Mine is a four bed detached.

I need a three bed with lawned back garden.

Maybe if we post we can actually help someone move.

I have been looking for a few months but not seriously. I found one I loved, viewed as thought id have the money to buy and then was advised not to do that. So I stopped looking in case I found the one and couldn't have it. I've been on a timetable and couldn't put mine on until this week. I have a few in my favourites but once I put them there I don't look again.

I'm trying to make myself a good buyer and assume I need to have accepted an offer on mine to be so.

I don't really want to live in Huddersfield as it is a bit too far from my friends but it has given me hope. The first two places are my wish tbh. I know I said not vital but they'd be better than Huddersfield just for practicality. But I did like the house shown.
