Which trade do I need?

Apologies for a really basic question! I recently had a water leak in my bathroom. The leak has been fixed but water got underneath the floor tiles which started to come up. They seem to be a thin tile glued to a chipboard backing, all of which is stuck to the floorboards. I need to get someone in to take up the tiles so that I can check for damage to the floorboards, before I refloor, but I have no idea which sort of tradespeople to get in. Is it a carpenter? Can anyone advise me please?

Maybe a specialist flooring shop (the sort that fits wood floors, tiles etc. rather than just carpets) who would probably have an in-house carpenter to sort out the floorboards before installing a new floor?
