What is this on wooden wardrobe? Help please.

Can anyone please help identify what this looks like. I have built in wooden wardrobe. I noticed that it had some white powder which i wiped off. It also has these 2 patches. Does this look like white mold or some kind of wood infestation?

If so how do I get rid of it?

Is it on the inside or outside of the wardrobe? It is hard to tell with your poor photos! Is it varnished wood? Try a bit of solvent in a hidden spot to be sure it doesn't alter the finish.

Looks a bit like spider egg cases. It is a bit sticky?

It looks like damage to the wood that has been repaired with cheap filler that is now starting to decompose and turn to powder.
