No contract packa

We are 5 weeks in,
our mortgage been offered and all searches complete
our buyers have their mortgage and searches complete
the vendors above us offered on a chain free property 4 weeks ago, made them aware wanted a quick chain but their solicitors have yet to recieve the contract pack..

we had an aim of moving end of July as all parties coincidently have holiday that week -
is there still any chance of this?

estate agents and solicitors have chased the end chain sellers to get moving ..

It's pushing it to be honest

It’s unlikely at this point but possible if they receive it soon and their solicitors have the capacity and will to review it quickly.

We're 7 weeks into our purchase. The vendor is moving into an inherited property. I'm a cash buyer. So neither of us need mortgages.

We really need to be exchanging and completing in the next 3-4 weeks as we go on holiday shortly after so it will be August before we move. Hoping and praying we can move.

But, as ever we are in the hands of the conveyancers.
The searches only came back today.
