How to pass the time from offer to completion

Offer accepted from motivated buyer who wants to move in by mid August. Legals progressing. House already decluttered.

Not moving into our next home until 2025 for family reasons, and will be staying (along with our furniture etc) with said family until then. Moving company will do our packing.

DH works away a lot, no DC at home. I work from home.

Realise we're in a very fortunate position, but any ideas for passing the time constructively between now and mid August?

If you aren’t moving till mid August why can’t you save yourself some money and do the packing yourself?

Just live your life? Work, friends, hobbies etc? How do you normally pass time?

Because often insurance is better if packed by removal company especial if being stored for a long period. And because she works from home so why have the stress and effort of packing up a whole house when they come in and do it in a day. It's the best money spent during the whole process.

Prepare your change of address list, everything from library card to driving licence, all your banking etc, car insurance. TV licence,
Change of address list for family and friends
Prepare list of other contracts and admin: cancelling home insurance, getting quotes for increasing cover at family address to cover your stuff
Check broadband provision at onward address, will upgrade be needed to ensure you can all wfh etc
Work out when to start running down freezer

Have you decluttered kitchen? That took far more effort that I realised

This. Maybe find a second job if you're that bored. What a bizarre thing to post.

just live your life as normal? And mid august is unrealistic. I’ve never heard of a sale taking less than 3 months.
