Long distance removal - London to North East

I hope to soon be moving and am looking at removal quotes.

Does anyone have any recommendation for a company they used for this type of move?

Also, does anyone have high level ideas of what it would likely cost, it's 280 miles, moving a one bed flat. The largest item is the bed, not moving wardrobes.
