I’m looking for an auction house that can secure a good price for a property in north London (near Golders Green).
I spoke to one close by and the price they are quoting is 25% of market value.
i need it to sell for atleast 50% of the price or similar properties (it has a shortish lease and needs a cash buyer) plus as it is my ex H’s property I would prefer to sell it without anyone going inside (I have a court order to sell it).
