Please help me work out what this is called!

The doors to our porch are thin. Too thin for normal lever handles.
At the moment there is a handle on both side which moves a latch on the inside to keep the doors shut. It works like a gate I guess, you can close the latch from the inside and outside.
I don't like the looks of them, but I don't know what they are called so I can find a nicer version!
Sorry if that doesn't make any sense!

Yes! They look like those but I need two (joined with a short spindle I think) so I can work the latch from either side of the door. I can only find singles.

Its a gate latch. Try Screwfix or an ironmongery shop like here
