I’m a step away from putting my house on the market as I’m looking to upsize from my first house…but I’ve noticed there’s very little going on the market locally at the moment.
Is now a bad time to sell? Shall I wait until the general election next month?
For anyone looking to buy, are you still viewing/offering on houses as normal or are you waiting - if so why?
